Just look up Legacy8.LNG in the search box. This article comes up: "The language file Legacy8.LNG is the wrong version 1. Please go to your Documents\Legacy Family Tree\_AppData folder and delete the any files with the .LNG file extension. 2. Reinstall Legacy with the latest build from our website http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/downloadupdate.asp" You can access the KB through our website at www.LegacyFamilyTree.com, if you go to Help Center > Troubleshooting Help or through the link Online Troubleshooting Help link in the Support section of the Legacy Home tab. This is something new that we just started and is great because you can search on keywords to find the solution to your Legacy problem.
