Hi Julie, This is a common complaint from new subscribers, unfortunately. Something doesn't go right when some people subscribe, as you're experiencing now.
You need to contact Support ([email protected]) and tell them what's (not) happening, and they should be able to fix it for you. I'm sending this reply to the list as well as to Julie.
