I entered a problem report on this issue of the F9, 11 and 12 keys. The
programmer has reported it fixed but there will be a necessary change.
With the new Legacy interface he was not able to use Shift-Fn so he has
made then function work with CTRL-Fn. He says he has updated the help
files in all areas where the F9, 11 and 12 Keys are mentioned.

This is only his report of the fix so this will need to be tested by our
tester team when they get the next test version but I did want to give
you a heads-up about the change from the Shift to CTRL key.
