When the cursor in in a field, say occupation, you can press shift + F12 (or 
F11 or F9). This copies the contents of that field and pressing F12 (or F11 or 
F9) enters those contents into whichever field the cursor is in. Using one key 
press, instead of several, saves time and keeps things flowing smoothly.
