Thank you for your responses. It's been such a long while using Virtual PC that I forgot I had to install Windows on my Mac as well. Guess that's what I was trying to avoid. Never liked the idea of Windows occupying my Mac -- seemed unnatural or something, and had to partition my hard drive. A friend told me she tried CrossOver, which works without Windows, and it worked okay (there were some glitches using Legacy), but now it isn't compatible with Legacy 8. Any other programs out there like CrossOver that will allow one to use Legacy without Windows? Pam
