Hi Wendy, I would have to disagree with you on this matter. Jane has a legitimate complaint that she is precluded from being able to copy/paste her password to easily open a locked PDF file. Instead, she is required to enter the password manually. I have bumped up against this problem elsewhere and was told it was the webmaster's decision. While I assume Legacy's webmaster did not require this, someone did and I would be curious as to the rationale. IMHO, it is not user friendly. Take care, Arnold
