Try copying from the email then pasting to a text editor like Notepad (in 
Windows) then copy from there and paste it again.  Maybe copying from the email 
is picking up code and interfering with it working properly.  This is what I 
always do for passwords or anything copied from an email.  I had to do the 
password thing for my copy of the manual too without any problems.  However, I 
pasted it to Notepad then recopied it again.  If it still doesn't work, contact 
support.  You may have a bad password or a zip file or both.

I would not have had a hard time, since I received an email which included the 
password.  But that does no good if the program will not accept the password 
as it was sent.  I did a copy past to preclude typos.  It just doesn't work.
