as far as I can tell, the comments/ Notes do not get included when creating a Gedcom. but these fields do; 0 @S0@ SUBM 1 NAME 1 ADDR 2 CONT (address line 2) 2 CONT (address city, state zip) 1 PHON 1 EMAIL 1 _URL
