I backup to the Cloud (Dropbox) but I don't backup the Media in a Legacy Backup. I actually have most of my attached media already in Dropbox so that it is automatically backed up.
The people I've seen use Dropbox for their actual database have ended up with a heap of conflicted databases. I would think this is because they've opened the file on the other computer before the computer has finished updating the Dropbox. It may be easier to just open the database rather than restore a backup but not if you don't remember to wait for the upload to complete before closing the computer down and the download to complete before opening Legacy.
