Yes  I  operate  that  way  as well, and Google Sync takes care of the online side of things with Legacy media and data files.

Tell me Cathy in your local Dropbox folder what would be the file size of your *.fdb data file please ?
Again  in  your  Dropbox  folder  on  your  local  machine you do have sub-folders ie C:\Dropbox\Legacy\Data etc ?
