Thank you Sherry - out of all of the discussions we went through (and they were extremely extensive and went over several weeks!) no one actually mentioned size of photos. I've had a look at the "problem" file as I call it and whilst some of the pics are fine some of them are over the size you suggest. I will read the article in full and then start to change the sizes of the photos (rather a long job methinks!!!) to see if that helps. Thank you for that. Marion
