If you see a person's name in the Husb area of the family view that is because Legacy thinks the person is Male. When you add a spouse to a male the person is going to be classed as female (Legacy does not support same-gender relationships). To correct gender errors for husbands and wives go to Edit > Swap Husband and Wife to correct their genders and swap their names so they appear in the correct section of the Family View.
Try fixing the gender of the people in those three families then see if your display works correctly.
