I don't *think* there is any way to do a mass change of status for that checkbox, but if you have been using the Recorded Date field in the Source Detail you can do a Search for all Individuals with a Source Citation containing "21 May 2014" (or whatever date format you used), tag the contents of the Search List and then untag as you edit each one. If there's a better way, I'd be interested to know of it too! -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp Follow Legacy on Facebook (http://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree) and on our blog (http://news.LegacyFamilyTree.com).
