But there are ways - though for some things they affect all records and
not just the ones you've done "today".

1. RE the check boxes in Sources. You can reset them to be checked or
unchecked with one click.
Go to Options > Customise - Sources 7.3
Note things like:
Include source detail comments on source citations in reports.
They have a checkbox and an Apply button.
Check or uncheck the box, Click Apply and they'll be checked throughout
your file.

It would be good to be able to limit this to tagged Master Sources but
it's all or nothing for a global edit.

2. RE making changes to source citations. You can do this from Search
and Replace.
You have to choose the bit of the citation you are wanting to change
something in.
eg: If you entered a census transcription and had found a bit of it
difficult to read but put in your best guess and later found more
information or became more practised at reading the script, you'd want
to change it.
eg M????l to Maribel
Search - Search and Replace -
Find where - Citation text (note you can choose other parts of a
citation - in the Search and Replace items Source means Master Source
and Citation means Source Detail)
Find what - M????l
Replacement text - Maribel
How to Find - anywhere in field
How to Replace - only found text

3. RE finding records with say "Marriage only; not date nor place"
You can find the individuals that have a source citation that includes this.
Search - Detailed Search -
Individual
Where to look - Source Citation (or Source Master)
Contains - Marriage only; not date nor place

It would be good to get just a list of citations but at least this
narrows down where you need to look and if you know which Master Source
it is likely to be in, then you don't have to look at every source for
every person in the list.
