I just purchased Families in order to get my genealogy on my Ipad. When I tried to transfer my data to the Ipad, I followed the instructions given, but I have had the devil's own time trying to get it done. I have spent 2 hours trying. The problem seems to be when the program tries to go to get the file. I have a strange set-up on my desktop computer regarding backups.
There are backups in a folder named Legacy Backups, but they do not show up by opening the folder. It says the folder is empty. If I do a search from "Start" the back ups show up. They are zip files. Can anyone help me figure out what is going on?
