I have not seen any other reports of missing/lost icons on the family view but Legacy does include a way to reset those icons. In the upper right of the Legacy window click on design Select Toolbars > Husb Wife toolbars. You can use the rest button to reset the icons to the defaults or, if you have customized the icons you can save your custom settings.
