Paul, Personally, I have high speed internet connection. That being said, I think Millennia made a very bad decision when they allowed HTML messages on this list. Should they ever decide to relax/completely ignore security by allowing attachments to the list, then I will definitely unsubscribe from the list and probably quit using Legacy altogether.
There is no need to lecture me about anti virus software, anti spyware software, etc. I subscribe to the best. That being said, I don't need to test my security software so that I am protected against someone else's carelessness. Fortunately, the rootsweb mailing lists take security seriously and block attachments as well as HTML Mail.
