I am well aware and pleased at Legacy's large non-US users.....
But I would be surprised if they really are that far behind the US in
dialup....

As I said I get frustrated at the time WASTED by programmers on catering to
old technology,
It's a personal opinion that I will make no further comment on as its no
longer proper for this mail list.

Maybe someday SOON , Legacy/Millennia will finally enter the current
Millennia....
