I have several families where I know there were other children but don't have a name as they died young or I just don't know the name. Depending on the circumstances: If i know the sex, I list them as Son, daughter (last name) or just Child (last name) if I don't know the sex. If there's several children I would name them "3 children". I would also include estimated B & D dates.
