Hi Sherry, thanks for the info. Problem is I cannot find anything on Options > Customize >Data Defaults that is pertinent.
There is a choice of two radio buttons on Options > Customize >Data Format under 'Word for Blank Records'. One choice is for "Unknown" and the other for (Just leave it blank) which is something I spotted earlier on in my learning curve. Default was set to "Unknown" and I changed it to the obvious choice of (Just leave it blank) but it made no difference to the layout of the report. That's why I asked for help, because I believed there must be another setting hidden away somewhere. Thanks again. RINs and MRINs will display in the same font as "Data". You could submit a suggestion form to be able to display that in smaller fonts.
