I presume you are using SourceWriter, which I do but I don't have a
"Credit" box.  Are you using transcriptions or images?  I use a SW
template for online images and the fields are for Piece, Folio  and Page
(plus others). Where the household is split over 2 pages I put "23 & 24)
in the folio field and "2 and 3" in the Page field,

I don't think any Source Detail fields autofill,  As it happens, the
Locations would be different for me for a Census - the Event Location
would be the address of the household, the Source Detail location would
be Civil Parish and County.

The SourceWriter template fields follow the identifiers used by The
National Archives and are based on the recommendations for Sourcing of
Elizabeth Shown Mills.  The NA references for the 1911 Census are quite
different to the earlier ones.  Remember also that with the 1911 Census
we are seeing the actual householder's Schedule, not the Enumerator's
Book with transcripts of the Schedules.
