I am not sure if I am understanding you.

If you go to VIEW > MASTER LISTS > ADDRESS LISTS > EVENT, highlight the
address you want and then click SHOW LIST on the right side. From this screen
you can either tag or print the individuals. If you want to do multiple
addresses then send it to a search list. You can keep appending the search
list to capture all of the addresses.

If you do send it to a search list, and then you customize the fields to show
an address field it does work, I just tried it. The address will show up on
the printout.

For any of this to work your address must be entered into the ADDRESS field and
not the LOCATION field. You get to the address field by clicking on the little
house icon in the Event window.

Subject: [LegacyUG] Printing search list report

I am attempting to print out lists of individuals who died or were buried in
particular areas from the master event address lists.

I click show list to show individuals who use this address. Then select create
search list & create new search.
I acknowledge the message to show the results from the used by search.
In the search list I click print and in the row 1 tab select customize to
change optional fields to Address name, Address line 1, Address line
2 & City.

But when I do a print preview all of the address columns are blank. What am I
missing here? Any advice appreciated.

I also notice that the search list window does not shutdown straight away when
the close button is clicked. It hangs and eventually closes after several more
clicks.
Not sure if this is all related though?

I am using legacy 8 build 454 on Win 7.

Thanks,
Chris.
