It is really not too difficult to understand why this needs to be fixed. As Ron pointed out there is no safety net. One wrong button and the information is corrupted. There are currently 3 ways to exit the individual information window. (1) the red X. (2) save. (3) cancel. Either method 1 or method 2 will change the modified date. At some point you will use the wrong method. When you do, there is no recovery except to restore a backup file and lose any information you have added since that backup. Bobby
