Syble, If you only want Legacy to connect to the internet when you deliberately want it to - Follow my directions.
You won't find the setting on the Internet Ribbon. As I said: See under the Options button on the Home Tab - then choose Options then Internet Options. This is actually one of the settings you can set during installation - or it used to be - but I guess most people skate over that.
