Sherry, it looks like Don was reporting that the LINK below for Online technical support - http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp - is not working. I also noticed on the website under Help Center that the links for Troubleshooting Help, How to import files from another... and Tips are not working either. I tried those three things on both Firefox and Google Chrome with same result, not working.
