Did you click on How to import.... then try to go beneath that link?
And did you click on How to import... a second time?    Plus, does that
page

www.legacyfamilytree.com/tipsGEDCOMfiles.asp come up for you?  If so, maybe 
only certain browsers or situations are affected?............Jerry
