Sherry, in addition to the hyper-link not working you mentioned in the footers of the email messages - www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp - there are still problems on the website under the category Help Center. For example, if you click on /*How to import files from other programs*/, you are brought to support.legacyfamilytree.com/article/AA-00890/. Everything is ok up to that point. _Then if you attempt to make a selection BENEATH __/*How to import files from other programs*/__, you lose the ability to make any selection below that point_. If you click on */How to import files from other programs/* a second time, the URL address which appears above changes to www.legacyfamilytree.com/tipsGEDCOMfiles.asp. At that point you get a 404 - File or directory not found error. The two issues might be connected, but it looks like at least that one section in the coding needs to be corrected. Thanks.
