Brian, I appreciate this post. This is exactly what is happening. Gene also sent a ticket in so we are working on it behind the scenes. Sometimes when you think Support isn’t paying attention to the LUG list they really are. One thing people don’t realize is that not all of the techs watch the list and those that do only watch when they can. Our main job is answering the support tickets that come in. The LUG list’s main purpose is so that Legacy users can talk to each other answering questions about how the program works, tips, tricks, hints etc. It isn’t a forum to handle complicated tech support issues.

If they can’t recreate the issue, then they’re probably trying to figure out what user errors would cause the problem. When one support persons thinks they’ve got it figured out, they’ll probably forward the resolution to another support person to confirm the problem and proposed solution. So let’s give them some time and see what happens.
