Brian,

I appreciate this post. This is exactly what is happening. Gene also sent a
ticket in so we are working on it behind the scenes. Sometimes when you think
Support isn’t paying attention to the LUG list they really are. One thing
people don’t realize is that not all of the techs watch the list and those that
do only watch when they can. Our main job is answering the support tickets
that come in. The LUG list’s main purpose is so that Legacy users can talk to
each other answering questions about how the program works, tips, tricks, hints
etc. It isn’t a forum to handle complicated tech support issues.

Subject: RE: [LegacyUG] Event "location" somehow got changed

I would suspect that as we read these messages, several of Millenia’s support
people are banging away at their keyboards trying to see if they can recreate
the issue. If they can’t recreate the issue, then they’re probably trying to
figure out what user errors would cause the problem. When one support persons
thinks they’ve got it figured out, they’ll probably forward the resolution to
another support person to confirm the problem and proposed solution. So let’s
give them some time and see what happens.
