It is okay to ask tech support questions on the list because the answer might 
be a simple one liner but anything that might require some back and forth 
dialog is better handled by sending a message to supp...@legacyfamilytree.com 
<mailto:supp...@legacyfamilytree.com>  :)  Also, if you ask something on the 
list and it doesn’t get answered then send an email.  Either we didn’t see the 
question because we aren’t monitoring the list 24/7 or it is too involved to 
try and answer here.
