Nancy, You ask, "Why do I have it buried behind all that stuff?" I presume you are referring to the AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1. I had that problem when first using Legacy 8.00. I believe the legacy fdb file needs to go Into Documents, not AppData. Your path is C:\Users\Nancy\AppData\Local\Temp\Temp1_tmgged080122014-12-13-6.03.58_PM[1].zip\Nancys Legacy Family Tree.fdb] My path at the top of the Legacy screen is. Legacy - [C:\Users\Pauline\Documents\Legacy Family Tree\Data\Cramer45_2015-01-17_Jan 17 2015_714pm_v8.0.0.439.fdb
Even though it sounds nice to have a simple file name, you really need to save your file with names and dates, so if you find you have made mistakes, you can go back to an earlier version of your file.
