Is there any way to get reports to display the last names in UPPERCASE? There is an option under Options -> Customize -> 3. Data Format -> 3.4 Displaying Surnames that allows you to "Show SURNAMES in uppercase letters", but this option doesn't seem to be used by Legacy Charting.
