You could also save it as part of your theme for each chart just as you
can save the settings for reports in Legacy, you can save your own theme
in charting.
OR if you always want surnames in Uppercase, you can change the Option
in Legacy (3.3) to store the surname in Uppercase. Then you have no
option in reports to use Mixed Case when that is desirable.
The option at 3.4 is only for the screen display, not reports or charting.
