All of the charts have their own options (just like reports do in Legacy itself). If you would like an option to have surnames in all caps globally in Charting you can send this in as a suggestion here http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/suggest.asp If you send in your suggestion this way it will get logged into our tracking system.
