As Legacy is a genealogy program, its webpage creation facility deals
with creating that type of webpage - a Pedigree or FGS, for example.  So
what you are talking about - uploading a Word document to the Internet -
is not what Legacy is about.

You create a webpage on your own computer and when you are happy with it
you upload it to the Internet.  I suggest you do some research into
creating web pages (try Googling "How to Create a Web Page") and decide
what is best for you.  You might also want to check out the Legacy
Webinars on Blogging as this might well be the way to go for what you want.
