As Legacy is a genealogy program, its webpage creation facility deals with creating that type of webpage - a Pedigree or FGS, for example. So what you are talking about - uploading a Word document to the Internet - is not what Legacy is about. You create a webpage on your own computer and when you are happy with it you upload it to the Internet. I suggest you do some research into creating web pages (try Googling "How to Create a Web Page") and decide what is best for you.
