Clicking on Alt Tab simultaneously brings up the menu you cited, as well
as the run-time error '9' menu.  The move/close menu appears on top of
the error menu.  I am able to move the run-time error 9 menu around the
screen after clicking on "move," but this buys me nothing.  If I click
on OK on the error menu, I am bounced out of Legacy.

Why am I getting the run-time error 9 menu, and how do I resolve it?
