I like to add a note to the folk sharing an an event but I keep getting error messages..
Here is the text from the Help file Select from the Name List The Name List appears with a column of checkboxes along the left side of each name. Select the desired person or people by clicking on the appropriate checkboxes and then click Select. All the selected individuals are added to the Shared List. You can then change their roles by clicking on each person in the list and then clicking the down arrow in the Role column and choosing or adding the desired role. If you want to add notes or comments or you want to change the default event sentence for a particular person, highlight the person and click Edit Role. (See Share Event With Another Person <hs549.htm>for more information.) But when I add a person by selecting them, I can change the role from the drop down list, but I cannot go to Edit Role - I get the error message that says "Sorry, you cannot view the event sharing list since this screen is already open". I don't want to view the list - I want to edit the role - actually add a note .
