Facebook is certainly not an adequate sdubstitute for mailing lists or newsgroups, so I hope no one ever has the bright idea of moving this list to Facebook. As a mailinglist, I can easily save messages that contain useful information. On facebook, it's the luck of the draw to see a message at all -- Facebook may or may not decide to show it to you. And if you want to look at it again 10 minutes after reading it, you can spend three hours searching for it withoput success. In that way, Facebook can be a huge waste of time. -- Keep well, Steve Hayes Blog: http://hayesgreene.wordpress.com Web: http://www.khanya.org.za/famhist1.htm E-mail: [email protected] -- _______________________________________________ LegacyUserGroup mailing list [email protected] To manage your subscription and unsubscribe http://legacyusers.com/mailman/listinfo/legacyusergroup_legacyusers.com
