Bill - as far as some people are concerned - YES. I agree with most
that the FB group is very active with many EXPERTS posting replies to
post. But if FB was to be the primary line of assistance, why put up
the new ListServ when the previous one crashed.
There should be cross-posting to enable more Legacy Users to benefit for
the discussions. The ListServ is only limited to the people who want email.

So then if one is not a Face Book user there is no reason to stay in the Legacy
User Group, correct? Any questions I have that are technical should be directed
to the Technical Staff directly, correct? As a relatively new user what is the
most convenient way to do the latter?

There are two Facebook groups for Legacy - one is announcements at
https://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree, which Bobby may be thinking
of, and the other is the Legacy Users Group at
https://www.facebook.com/groups/372110202980118/
On the first group, users can't initiate posts but can respond to
them. On the Users group, anyone can initiate a moderated post.

Bobby nothing could be further from the truth....everyone on the fb group
can participate, you don't have to be on staff or a beta tester..

It appears to me that you need to be on the "Legacy Staff"
or a beta tester to fully participate on the fb users group.
