There are two Facebook groups for Legacy - one is announcements at https://www.facebook.com/LegacyFamilyTree, which Bobby may be thinking of, and the other is the Legacy Users Group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/372110202980118/
On the first group, users can't initiate posts but can respond to them. On the Users group, anyone can initiate a moderated post.
