There are some who do not want to upgrade to WIN 10. The best way to ensure that Microsoft does not upgrade without your permission and to stop those annoying nags is to use a small program called never10 available from the Gibson Research Corp that can be found here: https://www.grc.com/never10.htm <https://www.grc.com/never10.htm>
