On the Assigned Sources screen, highlight the source you want to copy. At the bottom of the screen (the output) you can highlight and copy (Windows copy function).

You can only copy individual fields one at a time from the Legacy source by highlighting the content then using Ctrl-C to copy, Switch to Family Search and use CTRL-V to paste. The same will be needed when copying a source from Family Search to Legacy, use Ctrl-C to copy parts of the FamilySearch source and CTRL-V to paste those into your Legacy Source fields.
