You can do it via export if you export to a Gedcom and omit sources.

Or you can do them one by one from the Master Source list.
Options - Delete.
choose to view the list of who is using the source.
On that list you'll find a Delete anyway button.

Really depends how many sources you have.

Are they really that much of a mess? All of them?

Sourcing after the data has been added is a real pain.
