If you export to a gedcom, the media links export. If you reimport that gedcom (on the same computer) your media will be intact. If you reimport on a different computer you will have to copy the media and put it on that computer. If you put it in the exact same place as it was on the first computer then your links won't be broken. If it is in a different place, you will only need to run the Relinker and Legacy will find the files.
