I, too, have my Legacy on my desk computer and a laptop but, since I like to work in both places, I use the wonderful Intellishare to keep things straight. In fact, just finished an intellishare merge and both computers will be the same for awhile. I really love that feature.

My main PC is where I make my changes and updates. Thanks - I have everything on both computers now including my updated files to the one I only look at.. So the fun begins in learning to use Legacy 9. Eject the flash drive and insert it into the second computer. Use that file to install Legacy to the second computer. Then any appropriate databases and media files would also have to be moved via backup and maybe be delivered by a flash drive to the second computer. Any settings and license information would have to be made on the second computer, so that is will function like the first computer.
