I was using 2 computers for convenience and not thinking of the consequences.  
There is a lot of information that was typed in.  I completely type all records 
word for word...wills, death certificates, etc.  I guess I could use a flash 
drive and copy the typed information to it and put it on the other computer.  I 
do use One Drive and possibly that could be my answer.
