Do a system virus check and clean first to see if that helps.
Have you done all the updates to version 8?
You can uninstall Legacy 8 and re-install it if version 8 is available
on the web site. You will not lose data. But, do a full backup of data
media to an external hard drive or thumb drive first!
Legacy 9 still has problems, so I do not recommend changing to version 9
until you need it for some reason.

I normally add children by clicking on "Click to add a child" which no
longer works. However, I've since discovered the Add key in the bar
across the top and that does work, so I guess my problem is resolved.

report back.
When you say none of the options in the Help button work, only
open blank web pages. Do you mean when you click one of the menu
items such as Tech Support, Request Feature, Legacy Home Page,
Download update, etc. that you get a blank web page?
What happens when you click on Help Index?
Also please say what version of Legacy and what version of Windows
you are using.

Hello
I'm not sure what's happened to my Legacy software. None of the
options in the "help" button work, they just open a blank web
page. I can't add a child as neither left or right mouse clicks
work at all.
Please can someone explain what I need to do. Any advice would be
appreciated.
