Please keep on topic." It's better to be "nice" than rant, but I see no reason why dissatisfaction about either should be disallowed. I think we should be made aware of problems and issues that come up. It can help someone in the future pay closer attention to what their doing and avoid the heartache of automatic renewal if they can't afford it or have a problem remembering to cancel the renewal. I don't subscribe to any of the paid sites since being retired I can't afford it and they're all available for free anyway at the local FHC.
