All have extensions. And I just rechecked Documents/Legacy Family Tree/Data and HDB, PPL, RGD are missing now. When I “Refresh List” it does not complete. It gets to a file with a name something like Windows old Windows Software Distribution/Download 9313387aba23b13… then closes Legacy. It goes so fast I can’t get the complete file name. I think Legacy is so messed up it will take an expert to fix it.

That is your data file and it does not need to be restored, Just double click on that one and Windows will start Legacy and load that file. Windows will suppress the extensions for files it knows how to open so that even though your data file has a .fdb extension Windows does not display the .fdb in the filename. The files with those other extensions are support files created by Legacy when you use certain features. PPL is the potential problems list, FG is for focus groups etc. The dates on those support files come from the last time the file was used so you may not have used the feature for those 2013 and 2017 dated files.
