Actually, there are only a handful of whiners/complainers - unfortunately,
that handful are the same people over and over again.  Very rarely do you
hear constructive criticism from them.  I agree, if they are as
dissasisfied with the program as their constant griping indicates they are,
then the sensible thing to do is either write/create their own program, or
find another commercial program that suits their needs.  I seriously doubt
either will happen as there is no program that they will truly be
happy/satisfied with.
